The Murraywood Clubhouse is available for rental by Murraywood members and others upon approval. This lovely, open concept facility includes a wide-screen television, bar, full kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator, stone fireplace with gas logs and separate bathroom facilities for men and women. It’s an ideal setting for parties, showers, school functions, meetings and more. Tables and chairs for groups up to 75 people are available at no charge. Rental includes use of deck and tables overlooking the tennis courts, but doesn’t include pool or pool deck rental. A gas grill is available for rental for outdoor cookouts. The deck overlooks the children’s playground and small gazebo.
Rental Agreement
Clubhouse rental requires signing a contract and providing two checks: $150 refundable security deposit and a check for the rental cost as outlined below. The individual signing the contract must be present for the entire event.

Costs
For Members: $25 per hour, or $100 per event plus refundable security deposit of $150. A cleaning fee of $60 is added if renter does not want to clean the facility after the event.
For Non-members: $200 per event plus refundable security deposit of $150. A cleaning fee of $60 is added if renter does not want to clean the facility after the event.
Last-Minute Rental: Members may rent the Clubhouse at the “last minute” for $50 per event. Last minute rental is available starting the Monday of each week for the period through the following Sunday.
Clean-Up
Renters may opt to straighten and clean the Clubhouse after their event. A clean-up checklist is included on the contract. Those renters who decline to clean will incur an additional $60 clean-up fee. The decision to clean or decline must be made at the time the reservation is booked.
